  • Led responsive redesign of ConsumersEnergy.com. Redesign repositioned CE’s JD Powers customer satisfaction index ranking from 37th to 12th out of 59 utility companies, raising them from the 3rd to 1st.

  • Joined forces with team to define Best Buy’s “My Best Buy” customer account UX. Designed a dashboard displaying personalized content and calls to action based on purchases. Work resulted in online sales growth of 24% in 3rd quarter. (Moody’s).
